Role Responsibilities (Full spec available):Provide on-site and remote desktop support in a mixed OS environmentTroubleshoot hardware, Microsoft 365, and access-related issuesManage incidents and collaborate with internal teamsParticipate in rotational on-call supportAutomates deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)Provide 1st through to 3rd line support Ideal Candidates:Experience with Windows, Linux and Mac supportStrong SCCMAn automation mindsetKnowledge of Virtualization is a plusPractical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments- Industry/trading floor experience highly desiredSomeone who’s eager and ready to learn and take on new challenges!
