Job description

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal and external clients
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac environments
  • Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Logging and tracking issues through a helpdesk ticketing system
  • Visiting client sites as required to deliver on-site support
  • Escalating complex issues where necessary
  • Supporting the wider IT team on 3rd line projects as you develop

Requirements

Do you have experience in Desktop support?, * Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS and Microsoft 365
  • Comfortable travelling to client sites when required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to keep learning
