Job description
Pull, scan, palletize, consolidate, and stage warehouse boxes. Scan and validate barcodes using handheld scanning equipment. Identify and report inventory or barcode discrepancies. Retrieve boxes and materials from high shelves using a scissor lift. Maintain accurate inventory and location information in IBM Maximo. Assist with general warehouse organization and inventory activities. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and material-handling requirements. Safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
Requirements
Previous warehouse or inventory experience. Experience using barcode scanners. Ability to safely operate a scissor lift. Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be local to Fairburn, GA, or able to reliably commute to the worksite. Must be available to work the full Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM for the duration of the contract. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification is strongly preferred. Four positions require forklift certification. One position requires high-reach forklift certification.
