Job description
- Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
- Track project tasks, milestones, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
- Manage and prioritize backlogs, user stories, tasks, and bugs.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Track testing, release readiness, and critical project dependencies.
- Prepare meeting agendas, status updates, and follow-up items.
- Escalate risks and blockers when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
- Help improve delivery predictability and keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a software engineering team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with technical teams, and experienced in Agile/Scrum environments., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Program Management, Product Development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional software/engineering teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * 4+ years of Technical Program/Project Management or Producer experience.
- Experience working with software engineering teams.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Experience managing cross-team projects, releases, QA/testing, and technical dependencies.
