IT Systems Support Specialist Level I/II

Seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide 1st/2nd-level technical support across desktop, network, hardware, software, and enterprise applications., * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, desktop, and network issues.

• Provide 2nd-level help desk and end-user support.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VPN solutions.
• Assist with SCCM/MECM imaging and automated deployment processes.
• Support telework setup, hardware moves, building setups, and staff relocations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and adapt to changing priorities.
• Lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Windows 11 & Microsoft 365

• VPN & Telework Support
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
• Basic WAN/Enterprise Networking Knowledge
• Strong Customer Service Skills

Requirements

• Valid California Class C Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work onsite and lift up to 50 lbs., * Do you have hands-on experience providing 1st/2nd-level desktop or help desk support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, PCs/laptops, and peripherals?
• Do you have experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and PC imaging/deployment using SCCM/MECM or similar tools?
• Do you have a valid California Class C Driver’s License and are you able to work onsite in Rancho Cordova, CA and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.?
