Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to act as the technical lead for the UltraTEV product, taking ownership of its architecture, codebase and technical direction. You will play a key role in ensuring the product evolves in line with engineering standards, architectural principles and business objectives.

Working closely with Product Management, UX and platform teams, you will contribute to both product discovery and delivery, providing technical insight that shapes effective, scalable solutions.

  • Act as the primary technical authority for the UltraTEV product, maintaining deep knowledge of its architecture and technical roadmap
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams delivering new features and enhancements
  • Contribute to product discovery, translating requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
  • Lead the design and implementation of software components, services and integrations
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, architectural principles and modern development practices
  • Support the adoption of CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and advanced analytics capabilities into the product
  • Coordinate technical work across internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and consistency
  • Drive continuous improvement in code quality, maintainability and technical performance

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, * Significant experience developing software within SaaS or cloud-based environments

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and scalable application development
  • Experience leading technical delivery within development teams
  • Strong coding ability across front-end, back-end or full-stack environments
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
  • Ability to translate product requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering and product teams
  • Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering or a related discipline

Desirable:

  • Experience developing data-driven or analytics platforms
  • Experience working with telemetry-heavy or connected-device systems
  • Experience coordinating development across distributed or external teams
  • Experience applying AI or advanced analytics within software products
