Job description

Cloudnet Systems LLC is preparing a quotation for a five-year Department of Defense task order supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Transition Program Management Office at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The team helps DoD agencies move their telecommunications services from expiring GSA contracts (NETWORX, WITS 3, CVS and regional contracts) to the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract and DITCO voice contracts without service disruption. The work covers about 35,000 services, 70,000 service orders and 40 customer data networks over the life of the program.

This is a key personnel position. Your resume will be submitted with our quotation, and you must be available to start full time on November 6, 2026. The position is contingent on contract award, which we expect to be decided in October 2026.

What you will do

You own the program’s master transition database, an existing SQL database of more than 3 million records, and the inventory validation that every service order depends on.

  • Take over, maintain and improve the master transition inventory database (SQL) and the transition tracking database.

  • Validate the GSA transition inventory against DoD and Government data sources including GSA E-Morris, TIBI, TBI, TCOSS, Store Front, WWOLS, billing data and agency records.

  • Reconcile discrepancies, examine service features and equipment detail, and work with agencies to confirm the inventory of record.

  • Maintain customer and vendor points of contact, phone numbers and site addresses in the databases.

  • Track the status of every transition order from research through cutover and disconnect, by agency, and produce daily, weekly and cumulative reports.

  • Deliver database updates and reports to the Government within five working days of request., Core hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central, Monday through Friday. Occasional after-hours support for service cutovers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required, no substitution).

  • U.S. citizenship (required by the contract).

  • Able to obtain a Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation and a DoD Common Access Card. A current Tier 1 or higher investigation is a plus but not required; the Government sponsors the investigation.

  • Available to begin full-time work on November 6, 2026.

  • At least 4 years of experience building, maintaining and querying SQL databases with large record sets.

  • Experience reconciling inventory, billing or asset data across multiple systems and producing management reports.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with telecommunications circuit inventory, billing or service order data.

  • Experience with DISA, DITCO or GSA telecommunications systems.

  • Power BI, SharePoint or Microsoft Access reporting experience., * Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution?

Benefits & conditions

$48 to $55 per hour depending on experience.
