Job description

  • Durchführung von Neuinstallationen und regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Optimierung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
  • Aufbau und Zusammenstellung von IT-Hardware (PCs, Laptops, Server etc.)
  • Installation und Konfiguration der Hardware direkt vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Verkabelung und vollständige Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung technischer Probleme
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen zu Hard- und Software
  • Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
  • Dokumentation von Systemänderungen und IT-relevanten Prozessen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation/Studium
  • Erste praktische Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil als IT-Techniker
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
