Requirements

5+ years of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Enterprise Infrastructure Automation experience.
Strong experience with Windows Server administration, engineering, and architecture.
Expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
Experience with Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) and Nutanix AHV environments.
Experience designing large-scale enterprise compute platforms supporting hundreds or thousands of virtual machines.
Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform Enterprise, Ansible, Bicep, or similar tools.
Hands-on automation experience using PowerShell, Ansible, REST APIs, and Git-based workflows.
Experience designing and implementing automated provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle management solutions.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, and enterprise identity integrations.
Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure Automation, and Platform Engineering practices.
Experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
Strong experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and high availability.
Experience in infrastructure modernization, migration, platform refreshes, and architecture reviews.
Strong collaboration with networking, storage, security, Linux, cloud, and application teams.
