Installation, configuration and support of Windows workstations and mobile devices

1st and 2nd level user support for national and international users

Analysis and remediation of hardware and software problems

Employee onboarding and offboarding

Support for the further development and standardization of our IT processes

Documentation of systems, solutions and support processes

Collaboration in IT projects and rollouts

Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in system administration or IT support

Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365 and Windows

Experience with EntraID / Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams

Knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Management is an advantage

Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working

Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of direct user support

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way

Willingness to work with colleagues in an international environment

Very good written and spoken German skills

Good English skills for communication in an international working environment, * Does the candidate need hands-on administration experience, or is strong support-level knowledge sufficient?

• How important is practical Entra ID experience?
