IS Systems Support Level 2

The IS Systems Support Level 2 position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and day to day operations of desktop computer systems at Harrison County Hospital., * Perform first and second level technical support to end users.

• Provide technical support for a wide range of technology needs including phones, printers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Create and maintain up to date deployment images.
• Basic administration of a hybrid environment with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Lead projects related to desktop environment.
• Maintain asset inventory for all IT assets.
• Participates in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
• Create and maintain documentation for current and new processes.

• Demonstrates proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
• Self-motived with an attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to deal with confidential data., * Associate’s degree - IT related field. (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED. (Required)
