Offensive Security Engineer - Ethical Hacker (Red Team) - (Contract to Perm)

We’re seeking an experienced Offensive Security Engineer / Ethical Hacker with Red Teaming background to join an investments bank as they expand their Security team significantly. In this role, you’ll simulate advanced adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to evaluate and strengthen our organization’s security posture. This role is a 6 month contract to permanent position. Level: AVPSalaries: £75k - £90kRequirements: 2+ years in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or offensive security roles.Demonstrated experience in Red Team operations and adversary emulation.Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security controls.Proficiency in tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and custom exploit development.Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and current cyber threat landscape.Scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, C#, etc.).Relevant certifications (OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CRTP, or similar) highly desirable.
