Kubernetes Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related discipline and 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent education/professional experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices and containerized legacy applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background integrating containerized components within Kubernetes orchestration environments.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, K3s) and related tooling.
• Hands-on experience with packaging and managing Kubernetes applications.
• Experience with Bash and/or Python and Linux
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; this position will require a government security clearance

• Experience with C++ and Java software development

In this role, you will support project initiatives as a Container and Kubernetes Subject Matter Expert to package, install, and deploy containerized capabilities to Navy systems.
