The Applications Analyst III gathers business requirements, conducts needs assessments, and develops functional specifications and build to ensure that developed information technology solutions support business objectives. This level works with little or no supervision and acts as a resource for lower level Application Analysts.

This position is hybrid/remote-candidates will need to be onsite on Wednesdays and as needed. This could be flexible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4) years of experience.
  • Minimum of 3 (7 if no degree) years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare or related field OR 2 (4 if no degree) years of IT experience and 2 (4 if no degree) years of clinical experience.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
  • Works independently and effectively manages time with little or no supervision.
  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
  • Creates and maintains clear, concise documentation.
  • Collaborates with other team members across the department.
  • Demonstrates self-direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

  • Epic and/or other relevant certification(s) or, where applicable, other relevant applications experience, per the department and/or position needs for HMH. This includes, but is not limited to, EPIC certifications such as Prelude, Cadence, Willow, Cogito, Ambulatory, MyChart, Resolute, Health Information Management., * Labor Market Data: Compensation is benchmarked against market data to ensure competitiveness.
  • Experience: Years of relevant work experience.
  • Education and Certifications: Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training.
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
  • Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
  • Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization.
  • Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.

Benefits & conditions

Minimum rate of $97,011.20 Annually
