- Develop and maintain API-first integrations between Pega and CMS systems of record (e.g., Medicare Claims & Beneficiary Systems, Marketplace & Enrollment Systems).\n
- Support Definition of Done criteria, ensuring all Pega development is unit tested, integrated, security scanned, and validated prior to release.\n
- Partner with the Pega Lead System Architect, AI/Innovation Lead, and Product Manager to translate AI Compliance and Risk Management Plan requirements into technical implementations, including bias mitigation and governance controls.\n
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Pega developers on AI feature development, RPA automation, and platform best practices.\n
- Support Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations of case management, knowledge integration, and AI features.\n
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects in Pega-based AI, automation, and case management components, supporting production support and hypercare activities.\n
- Ensure Pega development adheres to FedRAMP High, Zero Trust, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.\n
- Support performance tuning of Pega-based AI features and automation to meet the \u226590% AI Feature Accuracy SLA and platform performance standards.\n
- Document technical designs, RPA bot logic, and AI feature configurations to support requirements traceability and the Transition-Out Plan.\n
- Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer and Agile delivery teams during PI planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to align AI/RPA development with release schedules.\n
- Communicate technical status, risks, and dependencies related to AI and automation development to CMS leadership, and Leidos management.\n
