QA Tester

• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
• Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
• Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA team members.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform regression testing after application fixes and enhancements.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status.
• Support UAT and production validation activities.
• Ensure defects are properly documented with clear steps to reproduce.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards, and automation opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress experience
• API testing using Postman or REST Assured
• Web and mobile application testing
• Automation testing experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
• Performance testing using JMeter or similar tools

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing
• Strong experience in Manual Testing
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
• Strong experience in:
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Integration Testing
• System Testing
• Smoke/Sanity Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle and defect management
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience analyzing requirements and identifying test scenarios
• Strong SQL skills for database validation and backend testing
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
