Job description
We are seeking a Works Implementation Solutions Specialist to assist our clients through onboarding, technical enablement, and ongoing daily operations. In this role, you will provide hands-on, high-touch support to ensure smooth rollouts and stable long-term platform use., * Support end-to-end client implementations, helping configure systems, map workflows, and execute rollout plans under the guidance of project managers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries and technical onboarding assistance during the client go-live phase.
- Deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) training sessions and step-by-step documentation to client end-users and maintenance teams.
Operational & Account Support
- Leverage M&O experience to understand client workflows, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and maintain system readiness.
- Triage, investigate, and resolve daily technical support tickets, escalations, and system configuration requests.
- Monitor account health, track recurring support patterns, and assist in maintaining high service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to escalate software bugs and advocate for client needs.
Requirements
A background in Maintenance & Operations (M&O)-ideally with prior experience in a supervisory, team lead, or operational coordinator capacity-is required to understand our clients’ physical/operational workflows and maintenance environments. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to support our growing multi-regional account base., * M&O Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Maintenance & Operations (M&O), preferably with past experience in a supervisory, lead technician, or coordinator role.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating ticketing systems, task tracking tools, and troubleshooting software configurations.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first, detail-oriented approach to resolving technical issues.
Preferred
- Tech Support & Onboarding: Experience working in software implementation, technical support, or account support at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish.
- Education & Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in operations, technical support, or client management.
