Mobile App User Tester - Android / iOS

Responsibilities: Actively explore mobile apps on Android and iOS devices to evaluate usability and functionality. Identify confusing or unclear features and report areas that need improvement. Test app features to ensure they work as intended and highlight any bugs or inconsistencies. Provide detailed feedback on user flows that may be too complex or cumbersome. Suggest ways to make the app more intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly. Document your testing process and findings clearly for developers and designers.

In this role, you will explore app features, navigate user flows, and provide clear, constructive feedback on usability, functionality, and design.
