Job description

As a Graduate Software Engineer at L25 you will write production code from your first weeks, working in an AI-enabled environment where modern tooling does the boilerplate and you focus on the thinking. Our stack is PHP and React, and our software has to stand up to real regulatory scrutiny.

You will work inside delivery teams alongside Technical Architects and experienced engineers, taking real ownership of features as fast as you can handle them. You will learn how to build with AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch, and how to ship software that people in serious settings depend on.

Requirements

Do you have experience in React?, We welcome graduates from any discipline. We do not need years of experience or a computer science degree. We need people who are sharp, curious and genuinely want to build. If you can think clearly and learn fast, we will teach you the rest.
