IT Asset Management Specialist

We’re seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support hardware asset management, inventory, deployments, and technology lifecycle operations within a fast-paced professional environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow, coordinating hardware deployments, conducting inventory audits, and providing high-touch support to end users., * Manage and maintain hardware asset inventory in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting throughout the asset lifecycle.

• Coordinate hardware deployments, inventory audits, reconciliations, onboarding equipment, and asset provisioning.
• Monitor ServiceNow queues and support break-fix issues involving PCs, iOS devices, Windows 11, Microsoft O365, Zoom, hardware, and software.
• Maintain accurate documentation of asset activity, incidents, ticket resolutions, and knowledge base resources.
• Partner with internal technology teams, procurement, and third-party vendors to manage hardware orders, escalations, and asset lifecycle processes.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably including the Asset Management module.
• Experience managing hardware inventory, deployments, audits, provisioning, and asset tracking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, PCs, iOS devices, Microsoft O365, Zoom, and related hardware and software.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to provide professional, high-touch support to stakeholders at all levels., * Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently manage inventory, documentation, and competing priorities are essential.

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hour
