About the company

Bright Hall Co is a cloud and technology consultancy based on Race Street in downtown Cincinnati, and is hiring a Help Desk Technician to be the first line of support for client teams. You will pick up tickets, work through account, device, network and application issues, and escalate anything that needs an engineer. Pay is $24.00 to $27.00 an hour. Your first month is fully onsite so you can learn the environments you will be supporting, after which you can work up to two days a week from home.

Bright Hall works with businesses that need secure, scalable and cost-conscious technology environments. First-line support here sits close to the engineers designing those systems rather than separated from them.
