Dynamics Developer II

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the post-migration phase of its ERP transformation. This individual will play a key role in the day-to-day technical administration, support, and optimization of the company’s Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

· Lead and Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions to Optimize Business Processes

· Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support.

· Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications which may involve CRM, and ERP (Business Central or Supply Chain Management versions of Dynamics).

· Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate workflows.

· SharePoint administration

· Timely delivery of project milestones, maintain clear stakeholder communication.

· Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation/optimization.

· Documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows.

· Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions.

· Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation.

· Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB prior to implementation.

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3-6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable).

Skills & Abilities

· Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization.

· Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.

· Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions

· Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices)

· Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries

· Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks.

· Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools.

· Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure.
