Requirements

3-6+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP configuration/customization
Strong Power Apps + Power Automate
Dataverse data modeling - tables, relationships, choices
Dynamics configuration: forms, views, business rules, command bars
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into solutions
Experience with business process optimization/automation
Some SharePoint administration
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders/users
Strong documentation and project ownership

Good differentiators:

Dynamics 365 Business Central
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
Dynamics migrations/upgrades
JavaScript/C# or other development experience within the Dynamics ecosystem
Power BI/data analysis
Azure/cloud administration
Experience with CAB/change-management processes
