Cell phone, Computer & Gaming Console repair Technician - Intermediate / Advanced

• Diagnose hardware and software problems on smartphones, tablets, Windows and Mac computers, and gaming consoles.
• Perform screen, battery, charging-port, keyboard, storage-drive, and other component replacements.
• Troubleshoot operating-system, driver, performance, startup, and connectivity issues.
• Complete advanced repairs using soldering and board-level diagnostic equipment when needed.
• Test all devices before and after repair to ensure proper functionality and quality.
• Maintain accurate repair notes and communicate findings clearly with customers and team members.
• Keep the work area organized and follow proper device-handling procedures.

• Previous hands-on experience repairing cell phones, computers, and gaming consoles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS.
• Experience using repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and soldering equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced repair environment.
• Customer-service or technical-support experience is a plus., * Repairs: 1 year (Preferred)
