Job description

  • Data Synthesis & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from disparate sources to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain automated, interactive dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders using modern BI tools.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with different departments to align our data-driven growth strategies with daily business operations.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Audit existing data structures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across all reporting systems.
  • Predictive Forecasting: Utilize statistical techniques to build predictive models that help forecast performance and mitigate operational risks.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in data gathering and reporting processes, implementing automation solutions to scale analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational trends, build robust reporting structures, and optimize our data pipelines.

If you have a passion for data storytelling, complex problem-solving, and translating raw numbers into business growth strategies, this role is for you., * Data Querying & Manipulation: Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and database optimization).

  • Programming Languages: Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Business Intelligence: Hands-on experience building visual tracking models in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Data Infrastructure: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS).
  • Spreadsheets: Advanced Excel skills (index/match, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas).

Professional Skills

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical data findings into clear, non-technical recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings across various organizational tiers.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar data-centric role.
