- Conduct fiber splicing, cable termination, and structured cabling installation to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, network testers, and telecommunications testing equipment to identify and resolve hardware or network issues swiftly.
- Support the installation and maintenance of Ethernet networks, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and Avaya communication systems.
- Assist with CCTV system setup, camera testing, and ongoing surveillance monitoring to enhance security measures.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems including low-voltage wiring, AC/DC electrical components, and power supplies using appropriate hand tools and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN architecture, Ethernet cabling (Cat5/Cat6), and network wiring techniques.
- Proven experience with fiber optic systems installation, splicing, testing (RF testing), and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and communication system installation procedures.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, cable testers, and telecommunication testing equipment for accurate fault isolation.
- Hands-on experience with telephony systems including VoIP solutions like Avaya or similar platforms.
- Electrical experience related to low-voltage electrical wiring, power tools operation, and NEC compliance standards.
- Service technician background in data centers or telecommunications environments is highly preferred.
