Requirements

Background Investigation: Favorably adjudicated Federal Tier 1 / NACI or equivalent or higher investigation required Minimum Mandatory Qualifications The consultant shall possess: Minimum three (3) years of comprehensive experience in: o Enterprise data engineering o Cloud architecture o Department of Defense systems integration Favorably adjudicated Federal Tier 1 suitability investigation, NACI, or equivalent/higher federal investigation.

Demonstrated technical proficiency in: o Backend data transformation o API pipeline development o ETL/data integration engineering o Relational database modeling o Secure data integration within DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) environments. Deep, verifiable hands-on expertise with: o Army Vantage / Palantir Foundry o Advana / Databricks / SQL o Microsoft Dataverse / Army 365 backend Experience implementing secure data egress, schema relationships, and Role-Based Access Control within protected enterprise environments.
