Job description
You’ll work hands on with Python, Flask, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps while owning features from development through deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Python and Flask based REST APIs
- Develop secure backend services and automated tests
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Containerize applications with Docker
- Work with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code
- Implement security scanning, authentication, and secrets management
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and production operations
- Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams in an Agile environment
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python and Flask experience
- Experience building REST APIs
- Hands on experience with Git, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD
- Experience with automated testing and databases
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps
Preferred Qualifications: Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, OAuth2/OIDC, SAST/DAST/SCA, or government/defense experience.
