IT & Network Engineer (Field-Based, UK, Mandarin Speaking-Essential)

We are looking for a hands-on IT & Network Engineer to support on-site network and IT infrastructure projects across warehouse, industrial, and data centre environments throughout the UK.

This is not a desk-based role - you’ll be working on real sites, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting real systems

Key Responsibilities

• Network and system maintenance guidance

• Network changes and configuration advisory

• Compliance with Head Office management requirements

• Routine data center inspection support

• Project management assistance

• Network security review

• Helpdesk-related consultation

• Related office operational tasks

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in TCP?, * CCNA certification (required)

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and Routing & Switching

• Hands-on experience with network equipment and infrastructure

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks on-site

• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)

• Willingness to travel across the UK, primarily to warehouse and industrial sites

Nice to Have

• Experience with CCTV systems (e.g. Hikvision, Dahua)

• Experience working within warehouse, logistics, industrial, or data centre environments

• Familiarity with PoE systems

Mandarin speaking is essential due to communication with some clients and suppliers
