Computer Network Technician

This role requires customer facing skills onsite and/or via remote into end user computers. Process and discipline required to ensure timely customer service and security of customer assets. • Security Assessments & Analysis with Incident Response Management
• Professional Advisor / Technology Consultant to customers
• Keeping up with technology changes
• Solid communications skills, verbal and written
• Network troubleshooting and system (servers and PC’s) administration
• Backup Configurations

• Solid expertise in MS Servers, Synology NAS, LAN/Firewalls/Switches
• Managing VM’s and MS 365 Security Policy Admin
• ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask experience
• Proficient in Powershell scripting
• Sonicwall, Unifi Gateways, Fortigate
• Patch Management
• PC imaging
• Backup solutions, PC, Servers, VM’s
• Email administration, message tracing, DNS MX configurations, and email protection platforms for Spam, BEC, Anti-Phishing

PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related technical field or equivalent industry certifications such as CompTia, Miscrosoft MSCE/MCP/MCTS, A+, Network+, Security+, ….
• 5+ years of IT related technical experience, hands-on.
