Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to take ownership of our online sales channels and drive revenue growth across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online ordering and e-commerce platforms, increasing sales, improving customer engagement, analyzing performance data, and delivering strategic recommendations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise all online sales and ordering platforms.

  • Drive online revenue growth through promotions, campaigns, and platform optimisation.

  • Create and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, order volume, average order value, customer ratings, and conversion rates.

  • Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.

  • Develop and manage promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.

  • Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images across online platforms.

  • Monitor customer feedback and online reviews, implementing improvements where necessary.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends and growth opportunities.

  • Manage platform advertising and promotional activities to maximise return on investment.

  • Forecast online sales performance and provide recommendations for future growth.

  • Work closely with management and operational teams to ensure successful execution of online initiatives.

  • Identify and implement new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships to expand online revenue streams.

  • Ensure all online content and platform information remain accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Minimum 4 years’ experience in e-commerce, online sales, digital trading, or marketplace management.

  • Proven track record of increasing online sales and delivering measurable results.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations.

  • Experience creating sales reports and performance analysis.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and online reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience within hospitality, food service, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
