• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, and ETL processing

• Strong understanding of Life and Annuity Business Lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping and data transformation techniques.
• Strong data profiling and data quality assessment skills.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying data anomalies.
• Ability to document business rules and transformation logic.
• Experience with data reconciliation
