Application Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Applications Developer to support all aspects of software product development, deployment, and lifecycle management. This role will collaborate with leadership, internal and external development teams, infrastructure teams, partners, and vendors to build, maintain, and enhance software applications., * Develop desktop and mobile applications based on functional specifications.

• Participate in software conceptualization, technical specifications, and object-oriented design.
• Design and implement technical architectures and infrastructure supporting software products.
• Select development dependencies, establish standards, and recommend development tools.
• Collaborate with leadership and development teams to define releases, sprints, timelines, resource allocation, and product roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot, debug, integrate, and test applications while maintaining secure, scalable, and high-quality code.
• Support release management, planning, and continuous improvement of SDLC processes.
• Assist, train, and mentor team members to expand technical skills and capabilities.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex logical and technical challenges.
• Experience developing Java-based services.
• Familiarity with technologies such as MySQL, Hibernate, Spring, Maven, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex codebases.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and development teams to establish environments, workflows, and development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications, environments, and services, particularly AWS.
• Interest in developing supervisory and management skills, including team building and mentoring.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, documentation, debugging, and productivity enhancement., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages and software development practices.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare-related business applications is a plus.

$80,000-$95,000 annually, depending on experience, technical expertise, and skill set.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
