Job description
Policy Development Coordination & Maintenance
- Facilitate the review and maintenance of IT policies, standards, and procedures across technology groups.
- Ensure policies are clear, consistent, and aligned with regulatory obligations, risk frameworks and industry best practices.
- Maintain a structured policy lifecycle, including version control, approvals, and periodic reviews.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure IT policies align with applicable laws, regulations, and frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, internal controls, and risk requirements).
- Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing policy documentation and evidence of governance.
- Track policy exceptions and ensure appropriate approvals and risk acceptance.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather input and ensure policies are practical and enforceable.
- Facilitate policy review workshops and approval processes.
- Act as a point of contact for policy-related queries across the organization.
Documentation & Repository Management
- Maintain a centralized, accessible repository of all IT policies and supporting documents.
- Ensure documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easy to navigate.
- Implement document management best practices and tools.
Communication & Training
- Support the communication and rollout of new or updated IT policies.
- Work with change management and training teams to develop awareness materials and guidance.
- Promote understanding and adoption of IT policies across the organization.
Continuous Improvement
- Together with Legal and Compliance, monitor changes in regulatory requirements, technology, and business practices to identify policy updates.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure policies remain relevant and effective.
- Recommend improvements to policy frameworks and governance processes., * Opportunity to shape and strengthen IT governance in a regulated environment.
- Collaborative role with exposure to multiple business and technology functions.
- Key contributor to risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Swift?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
- Typically 3-7+ years of experience in IT governance, information security, risk, or compliance.
- Experience drafting or managing policies, standards, or procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong writing and documentation skills with attention to clarity and detail.
- Good understanding of IT and information security concepts.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, user-friendly policies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on quality and consistency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness and quality of policy updates and reviews.
- Policy compliance and audit outcomes.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
- Effectiveness of policy communication and adoption.
- Reduction in policy exceptions or gaps.
