Job description

Hillside is a Special School & College for children and young adults with autism. Presently we have 117 students ranging from age 4 to 18 years. We encourage a happy and professional culture and seek highly energetic and motivated staff who embrace challenge. We have a vacancy for a Grade 4 School Business Support Officer to provide administrative support for the busy office.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, We will be looking for excellent organisational skills and numerate accuracy., * A positive attitude to work

  • Good timekeeping and organisation skills
  • To abide by the Code of conduct
  • A good sense of humour, * GCSE (or equivalent) grades 4 and above, in both
  • English Language and Mathematics, * IT qualification Level 2 qualification in Business Administration *

Essential Experience

  • Microsoft Office
  • Working in a busy administrative setting
  • Customer interaction Use of databases *
