• Technical Proficiency: Background in digital signal processing, protocols and their analysis, application layers, communication systems, FISINT, ELINT, and/or PROFORMA; familiarity with C, C++, Python.\n
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or equivalent.\n
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.\n
• Desirable Skills: experience with Capabilities.\n
