- Develop and coordinate comprehensive construction document packages
- Support design development efforts across multiple projects
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases
- Conduct site surveys and existing conditions documentation
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Participate in construction administration activities, including:
- RFIs
- Submittal reviews
- Site visits
- Coordination meetings
- Maintain project quality control and technical accuracy
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to project delivery from concept through construction completion
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a technically strong architect with advanced Revit skills, a passion for commercial interiors, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams., * 4-10 years of professional architectural experience
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong experience producing complete construction document sets
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Background working on commercial interior projects
- Strong understanding of technical detailing and project documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in workplace, retail, hospitality, or media environments
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Experience with client-facing interactions and presentations
- Construction administration experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
