Intermediate Architect

1100 Architect is currently seeking full-time architects with design experience on all phases of architectural projects. Candidates must have skill in construction detailing., * A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution;

• Architectural Registration preferred;
• Minimum 8 years of post-professional experience, including experience in Construction Administration;
• Ability to develop creative design concepts and translate them into effective construction documents;
• Ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and possess the potential to develop management skills;
• Solid knowledge of construction materials, finishes and details;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong software skills; REVIT experience is a must;
• Agility and flexibility - must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks;
• A desire to learn and lead, ability to engage project captain role immediately.
