Job description

We are currently looking for an Insight Consultant to join the Insight team, based out of our Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

You will contribute to the success of the team through creating and providing customer and market intelligence data across the Royal London group, ensuring impacts of any changes in customer behaviour and markets are identified and communicated effectively. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing insights to assist with the design, development and delivery of a best-in-class digital pension product, operating in an Agile environment.

We are looking for candidates who can investigate and uncover new information and new opportunities, creating entirely new reports and making recommendations to influence real change.

About the role

  • Review and analyse internal and external data and identify any impacts to Royal London then make recommendations on next steps required

  • Identify trends in customer data and translate analysis into clear insights that can be communicated to stakeholders

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for Royal London to better support customers, advisers and employers

  • Support the delivery of new developments by providing customer and market intelligence to support the Customer Life stages as required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, particularly pensions and savings, and the legislative framework

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the commercial environment facing product providers

  • Strong understanding of insight tools and techniques including Power BI/Tableau/Excel

  • Good communication skills with an ability to build relationships with key business functions

  • A logical approach to problem solving
