We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Salesforce customer, for a pivotal contract role where you’ll have the chance to build and influence their DevOps journey from the ground up.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive automation and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the deployment process.
• Provide guidance and support on DevOps tools and methodologies.

Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Proven ability to design and optimise DevOps processes within Salesforce environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in hybrid teams and adapting to new environments quickly., Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, DevOps Launchpad or similar)., DevOps certification/accreditation (e.g., from Gearset, Copado, or DevOps Launchpad) is desirable.
