If you’re a strong C# engineer stuck in large, slow-moving environments or London burnout you’ll likely find this a very different proposition We’re working with a rapidly scaling FinTech startup building a modern trading and risk technology platform in partnership with an established hedge fund. They’re creating a high-performance engineering hub in Newcastle, focused on building serious systems used in real financial decision-making. This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll be joining a small, high-calibre engineering team building core components of a live trading platform in a Microsoft stack, using modern C# / .NET to solve complex distributed systems problems at scale.
