Senior Tier 3 Systems Engineer - Cloud, Infrastructure, Security & AI Project Delivery

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and successful delivery of complex client infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization projects.
• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID implementations.
• Design and perform email migrations from platforms including Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP, POP, and hosted email providers.
• Plan and execute data migrations involving file servers, NAS devices, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, and other cloud storage platforms.
• Deploy and configure enterprise networking solutions, including firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, SD-WAN, VPN connectivity, and network segmentation.
• Architect and implement AI/LLM solutions including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, OpenAI integrations, private GPT/LLM deployments, vector databases, and knowledge management solutions.
• Design, deploy, and administer cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Lead endpoint modernization projects utilizing Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Conditional Access, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions including MFA, phishing-resistant authentication, identity protection, EDR/MDR platforms, SIEM solutions, vulnerability management, DLP, and email security platforms.
• Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud-native virtualization technologies.
• Design and maintain enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, cloud-based storage, backup platforms, and disaster recovery environments.
• Create project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentation, diagrams, migration runbooks, and client-facing recommendations.
• Participate in project scoping, solution design, and technical sales support activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
