Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Looking a senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of AI-native platforms and digital products. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for driving end-to-end programme delivery across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, Security, Privacy and Governance teams. This is not a traditional Project Manager or Scrum Master role. The client is looking for a technically strong TPM who can manage complex AI platform initiatives, remove delivery blockers, drive architectural alignment, and successfully deliver products from concept through production. Looking for a senior AI-focused Technical Program Manager who has successfully delivered GenAI/RAG platforms at enterprise scale and can drive cross-functional execution, architecture governance, and executive-level programme delivery.

8+ years of TPM / Program Management experience Experience managing complex enterprise platforms Critical path planning and milestone management Managing 10+ concurrent dependencies/workstreams RAID management and decision governance Release readiness and go-live ownership Executive stakeholder communication AI Platform Delivery Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with: Generative AI solutions RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations AI/ML product delivery AI governance and Responsible AI practices Human-in-the-loop workflows Model evaluation and monitoring Technical Depth Microsoft Azure DevOps / CI-CD APIs and integrations Data platforms Cloud infrastructure Architecture governance Security and RBAC models
