Job description

Our client is an international law firm considered one of the UK’s most prestigious law firms and widely known for their insight & diverse perspectives, they are now looking for a highly analytical and driven HR Data & Analytics Manager to join their London offices on a permanent basis.

The main responsibilities for the HR Data & Analytics Manager will be to lead the development and delivery of analytical products and services by providing analytical thinking and helping inform the global HR strategy. Including directing the HR IT Roadmap and helping form the HRIS strategy while developing and understanding the structure and direction for HR Analytics across the network through effective people management.

The key duties will include:

  • Effectively Leading, developing and motivating the global HR Analytics & Systems team while having overall accountability for the accuracy and timeliness of the HR Analytics team.
  • Efficiently liaising with global recruitment leaders to best inform Kenexa deliverables.
  • Effortlessly inputting suggestions to the Data Governance Steering group.
  • Working seamlessly with the firms HR systems and teams to ensure high levels of data consistency in reporting.
  • Being the face of analytics and liaising and consulting with leaders to develop presentations and products that help inform excellent decisions.
  • Being actively involved in leading the transition from current data and systems to one single platform.
  • Excellently collaborating with the BI team on People and Finance data analytics and reviewing and managing BI tools.
  • Positively working with IT teams to drive forward the HR IT Roadmap.

Requirements

The HR Data & Analytics Manager will have a strong analytical background and have previous people management experience along with strong experience in working with people data, data modelling and creating infographics. It is essential to influence and drive delivery while excellently managing a motivated and high-performing team. The right candidate will possess strong internal client service and relationship skills along with a strong leadership capability including advisory and problem-solving aspects. The HR Data & Analytics Manager will have a collaborative and inclusive style with the ability to understand new concepts quickly and positively put learning into action.
