SAP ERP (UM Module - Entry Level) (Navy MSC)

• Provide help desk support by tracking, analyzing, and resolving UM-related issues, discrepancies, and user complaints.
• Evaluate and maintain end-user roles to ensure compliance with the MSC NERP Role Mapping and Training Qualifications Guide.
• Assist users with submitting, tracking, and reviewing role mapping requests.
• Serve as the Government Security Manager (GSM) / Facility Security Officer (FSO) delegate to process role mapping requests according to security policies.
• Assist commands with role mapping validation and periodic User Access Reviews (UAR).
• Support audit activities, data analysis, and documentation preparation for the User Management Working Group.
• Collect data, monitor, and report on SOD exception reports utilizing tools such as the SAP Access Violation Management (AVM) monitor.

Technautix is looking for a Entry-Level SAP SME (UM Module) to join our team to support the Navy Military Sealift Command ERP systems. High preference given to candidates with Active Clearance or candidates who possessed a CAC card within last 12 months.

Location: Fully remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Technautix: VA, AL, FL, MD, MI, SC, TX.

The candidate must have an associate’s degree and two (2)years of experience with NAVY SAP ERP.

Experience in ERP systems or other forms of General Ledger Accounting Systems (GLAS) are considered relevant.

An Associate’s Degree is not required if the candidate has four (4) years of the described relevant experience with IT systems or relevant business operations.

Candidate must have documented customer service experience, preferably with experience in the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or a similar system.

Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be a US Citizen and be eligible to get Secret Clearance, * Navy SAP ERP: 2 years (Required)
