- Provide recommendations regarding cost avoidance opportunities, risk mitigation strategies, and construction efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly field reports documenting manpower, installed progress, key activities, project risks, and major accomplishments.
- Track and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project logs.
- Provide routine construction progress updates and executive-level reporting to Owner leadership.
- Support permitting efforts, AHJ coordination, inspections, and Certificate of Occupancy requirements.
- Monitor project compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Lead punch list development, completion tracking, and closeout activities.
- Coordinate final inspections, turnover readiness reviews, and owner acceptance activities.
- Verify completion of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, training requirements, and turnover deliverables.
