Faculty Position in Computer Science

student-centered, self-motivated, and versatile faculty member with strong teaching skills and a

demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues. This position, M.S., D.Sc., or Ph.D. in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related computing field.

Candidates with degrees in a related discipline should also demonstrate substantial, well-

documented experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Teaching responsibilities will include both lower- and upper-division courses in Computer

Science, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will also be expected

to maintain and develop course content and curriculum to ensure high-quality instruction and

ongoing alignment with academic standards and industry needs. The standard teaching load is

24 credit hours over a nine-month academic year.

College of the Ozarks is a distinctive liberal arts, work-study college of approximately 1,450
