Front Desk Administrative Tech (Entry Level)

• Manage scheduling of meeting space, set up, and hospitality for meetings/training.
• Exercise sound judgment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Provide administrative support functions.
• Administer employee recognition software/program
• Provide front desk coverage, including checking in clients and interfacing with all levels of employees, as well as leadership.

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field, or a combination of education, training, and work experience that provides the equivalent
• Experience with mental health services and/or intellectual disabilities
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record
• Experience in using various computer software applications and/or Electronic Medical Health Record
