Job description

Provide technical assistance to distance learning Instructors
Provide assistance with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and internal higher education applications
Communicate with higher education staff daily
Answer calls and assist as needed

Requirements

Previous Help Desk and/or IT Specialist experience
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Zoom applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
