Job description

The Network Management Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of the company’s franchise network. This role focuses on network governance, operational process improvement, partner management, performance evaluation system development, and regional network management capability enhancement to ensure stable and efficient network operations., 1. Network Management & Administration

  • Develop, update, and maintain the company’s Network Management Policies and Procedures.
  • Review, optimize, and manage branch opening, closure, merger, relocation processes, as well as applications for adding or suspending direct-shipping services at network outlets.
  • Monitor and follow up on the operational qualifications, licenses, and compliance requirements of network outlets.
  • Manage franchise agreements and contract administration.
  • Track and follow up on risk deposit replenishments from franchise partners.
  • Review and approve special expense reporting processes.
  • Verify and confirm system usage fees charged to network outlets.
  1. Network Performance Evaluation System Development * Establish and continuously improve the performance evaluation framework for regional network management leaders. * Develop and manage the outlet grading and classification assessment system. * Design and implement a star-rating evaluation system for regional network management teams based on their comprehensive management capabilities. * Conduct random reviews of regional network management daily reports to strengthen oversight and improve focus on outlet performance and operational issues. * Organize and deliver training programs for regional network management personnel, particularly for star-rating evaluation and business operations improvement.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Network management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Associate Degree or above (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a Network Management, Network Operations, or Comprehensive Network Administration role within a courier, express delivery, or logistics company headquarters is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on operational initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
